Join OCBC Bank's Group Consumer Financial Services division, serving almost 3 million customers across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and China. As a Premier Relationship Manager, you'll cater to high net worth, premier, and emerging affluent individuals through our premier private, wealth management, and affluent banking propositions.

What You'll Do:

  • Acquire, develop, and deepen relationships with a portfolio of premier banking customers, aligning with business goals.
  • Provide professional wealth advisory, financial analysis, and solutions to Premier Banking customers, helping them achieve their life goals.
  • Contribute to the bottom-line of Premier Banking through profit and growth targets.
  • Embrace digital and technology in banking solutions, promoting efficient, fast, and accurate services to customers.

Service

  • Deliver excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touch points, via three distinctive service elements: cared for, excellent, and enhanced value.
  • Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-up and anticipation of customers' needs.

Compliance

  • Adhere to all related policies, regulatory, risk, and compliance matters.
  • Provide fair dealing in all matters with customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
  • High level of self-discipline and strong interest in financial planning, bancassurance, and investment products.
  • Keen to work in a sales-driven environment.
  • Preferably 3-5 years' experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
