Job Purpose

To provide corporate secretariat support to the Group Secretariat function, ensuring the maintenance of records, registers, and other relevant documents required by applicable regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling meeting materials and attending to all meeting-related logistics.
  • Attending to logistics and arrangements for board and shareholder meetings.
  • Updating of statutory registers, corporate information, and Secretariat records.
  • ACRA filings for group companies.
  • Drafting Board and Board Committee minutes and resolutions in writing.
  • Assisting in the preparation of AGM, Annual Reports, and Letter to Shareholders.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Responding to director/shareholder/stakeholder queries.
  • Maintaining awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlighting any potential concerns/risks and proactively sharing best risk management practices.
  • Performing any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Taking accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and taking appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
