We are seeking a highly skilled Air Freight Operations Executive to join our team at Empire Logistics PTE. LTD. in the freight forwarding industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air freight regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

  • Coordinate air freight import/export shipments from export freight booking to import shipment customs clearance and end delivery.
  • Request rates from airlines/GSA and communicate with direct clients/overseas partners to cater to their requirements and provide freight quotes and handle shipments.
  • Prepare and process AWB documentation, monitor and track shipment status, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of air freight activities, including shipment details, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination of operations.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in air freight operations.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using freight forwarding software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
