Global Mobility Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Professional to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of our global talent across borders, enhancing our international operations and contributing to our company's strategic goals.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in global mobility, expatriate management or relocation services. They will be responsible for managing the global mobility lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support. This includes supporting internal stakeholders on global mobility matters, such as relocation planning, shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global mobility lifecycle, including pre-assignment preparation and post-assignment support
  • Support internal stakeholders on global mobility matters, such as relocation planning and tax-related issues
  • Work with the wider HR team on global mobility matters, including international transfers and secondments
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and firmwide requirements
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of inbound staff and departure of outbound staff
  • Assist with global mobility related reporting, projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management or relocation services
  • Strong knowledge of international tax and immigration laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and advisory skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
