Job Description:

As a Senior Associate in Global Mobility, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of global talent relocation, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and firmwide requirements.

  • Pre-assignment preparation and post-assignment support
  • Relocation planning, shipment of personal goods, and tax-related matters
  • Collaboration with the wider HR team on global mobility matters

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of inbound staff and departure of outbound staff, as well as assist with global mobility related reporting, projects, and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or relocation services
  • Strong knowledge of international tax and immigration laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills
