We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about facilitating the movement of employees across borders, ensuring seamless relocation and immigration processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international tax and immigration laws, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for managing the global mobility lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support, and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with firmwide requirements.
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the onboarding of inbound staff and the departure of outbound staff, and will assist with global mobility related reporting, projects, and initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the global mobility lifecycle, including pre-assignment preparation and post-assignment support
- Supporting internal stakeholders on global mobility matters, such as relocation planning and shipment of personal goods
- Ensuring compliance with immigration laws and firmwide requirements
- Assisting with global mobility related reporting, projects, and initiatives
Required qualifications include a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as at least 4 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management, or relocation services. Strong knowledge of international tax and immigration laws is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
