Job Title: Product Specification Specialist

Seeking an experienced professional to spearhead product inclusion in architectural projects through strategic partnerships with designers, architects, contractors, and developers. Key responsibilities include fostering new client relationships, driving sales performance, and managing the project sales cycle from specification to closure.

This role requires a strong understanding of product specifications, project lifecycles, and market trends. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in CRM tools, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to secure product inclusion in architectural projects.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving targets through effective relationship-building and market expansion.
  • Manage the project sales cycle from securing product specifications to closing actual sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of specification activities, client engagements, and project progress for effective reporting.
  • Analyze market insights to support business strategy and drive growth.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products industry.
  • Extensive understanding of product specifications and project lifecycles.
  • Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools effectively.
  • Preferably possess own transport.
