
Strategic Business Development Manager

The Enterprise Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding strategic business relationships with large enterprises.
- Establish deep, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to drive long-term value creation.
- Develop account strategies, set financial targets, and identify critical milestones through the account planning process to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams within Salesforce to meet customer performance expectations and deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's business environment and proactively assess their needs to validate opportunities for growth.
- Drive solution development efforts that address customer needs, generate pipeline opportunities, and foster strategic partnerships.
- Engage with prospect organizations to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, and industry expert references.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process by engaging relevant resources, such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, and other stakeholders.
- Achieve short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation and sustainable growth.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in solution selling within major IT services or software vendors.
- Candidates must have experience selling to large financial institutions and enterprises in Singapore, focusing on Utilities, Transport, or Logistics sectors.
- A successful history of net direct new business sales, with consistent delivery against targets and strategic goals.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, including CxOs, to establish trust and drive collaborative relationships.
- CRM or application sales experience, preferably with enterprise-level exposure and proven success.
- Adaptability, an open mindset, driven, customer-focused, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in leading and orchestrating virtual teams across matrix organizations to deliver tailored outcomes for customers.
