Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of the regional market.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Senior Manager, Business & Program Development at our Southeast Asia office. As a Strategic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading business development efforts, creating and executing impactful programs, and fostering collaborations to drive revenue and achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase programs relevancy and value to members – Develop new content for programs, work closely with program committees to set program objectives and develop content, assist in preparing meetings and project plans to meet program needs, ensure quality of speakers and presentation materials, create and develop new digital programs to increase values to members.
  • Provide strategies for SEMI Southeast Asia – Play a vital role in contributing to strategizing for the expansion of the SEA region market, take the lead in key initiatives, perform ROI analysis, and manage budgets effectively.
