Job Title: Operations Performance Executive

We are seeking an experienced Operations Performance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing daily bus operations, overseeing manpower allocation and projection numbers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As an Operations Performance Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily bus operations, including planning support of BC recruitment and attending bus stop meetings to identify safety issues.
  • Overseeing manpower allocation and projection numbers, as well as managing BC-related Work Instructions (WIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, including performing checks on Telematics systems, Authority's data warehouse, and Dispatch systems.
Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing reports for daily and monthly mileage, as well as preparing and submitting mileage appeals.
  • Overseeing MTV application, Telematics, authority's data warehouse system related issues, and liaising with authorities and vendors regarding bus operations related matters.
  • Preparation and submission of Interim and Final Progress reports.
Requirements:

  • A strong background in operations management, preferably in the transportation sector.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
