Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our manpower services and oversee affiliate operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manpower Leadership & Compliance:
    • Oversight of the end-to-end manpower process, including recruitment, work pass applications, onboarding, deployment, and retention.
    • Ensuring strict compliance with all MOM regulations and upholding the standards set by the CEI framework.
    • Monitoring and enforcing lawful practices in worker advertising, placement, contracts, and fee management.
  • Affiliate Oversight Across the Organization:
    • Management and expansion of the affiliate portfolio of 8028 Holdings and its Group of Companies.
    • Handling contracts, performance monitoring, and revenue tracking for affiliates.
    • Negotiation and strengthening of affiliate relationships while ensuring compliance with manpower regulations.
  • Business Development & Innovation:
    • Development of strategies to grow manpower and affiliate operations across multiple sectors.
    • Introduction and application of AI-powered tools to improve deployment efficiency, analytics, and affiliate reporting.
    • Identification and pursuit of new opportunities to expand services and partnerships across the organization.
  • Financial & Operational Management:
    • Management of budgets, forecasts, and business targets across manpower and affiliate divisions.
    • Implementation of reporting systems to track efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Representation of the organization in audits, MOM discussions, and industry events.
    • Building long-term relationships with affiliates, clients, and government bodies.
  • People Leadership:
    • Leadership, training, and mentoring of manpower teams to maintain high compliance and service standards.
    • Instillation of a culture of regulatory compliance, ethical practices, and operational excellence.
