Job Title: Order Management Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Order Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing new orders and order changes using the SAP Order Management System.
Key Responsibilities- Process new orders and order changes using the SAP Order Management System.
- Assist in projects related to process standardization, Continuous Process Improvement, and process automation using tools like AI and RPA.
- Understand order pricing logic, analyze initial pricing issues, and resolve order pricing issues.
- Manage customer business partner records and other customer parametric setups, ensuring timely resolution to facilitate order shipment.
- Identify order data issues, perform preliminary investigations, and escalate to higher management and IT for further troubleshooting and resolution.
- Provide reports as needed to confirm proper execution of Order Management processes.
- A minimum Diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Openness to working with AI technology.
- Experience in the Order Management module in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise System is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Ability to multitask on daily operational responsibilities as well as project-related work in a deadline-driven environment.
