We're seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Automation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in customizing, configuring, and managing our ServiceNow platform to optimize IT service delivery and support business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, administer, and support existing ServiceNow instances to enforce best practices and system ease-of-use and dependability.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents and requests within set SLAs.
  • Manage user accounts, groups, and access controls.
  • Configure and maintain ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Request Management.
  • Create custom workflows and automations to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Implement updates and upgrades.
  • Write basic scripts and workflows using ServiceNow scripting languages (GlideRecord, GlideAjax).
  • Design and develop user-friendly service catalog forms using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Define fulfillment workflows and approval processes for catalog items.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and systems.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users on ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the ITSM platform.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, etc.) from an accredited university.
  • 5 years of ServiceNow related work experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation.
  • Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Strong personal values corresponding with company values (Trust, Honesty, Alignment, Transparency).
