We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Expert ServiceNow Automation Specialist to join our IT Applications team. This critical role is responsible for delivering scalable automation, user-centric service experiences, and AI-enhanced workflows that improve internal team collaboration and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will focus on designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing a wide range of ServiceNow modules, ensuring security, compliance, and performance across platforms. This includes managing and maintaining enterprise applications such as ServiceNow and Coupa, customizing widgets and enhancing the Service Portal to improve usability and adoption across business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • "
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, SPM, Service Operations Workspace (SOW), Employee Service Center (ESC), Document Intelligence (DocIntel), and custom apps."
  • Manage and maintain enterprise applications such as ServiceNow and Coupa across all regions."
  • Customize widgets and enhance the Service Portal to improve usability and adoption across business teams."
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions through collaboration with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, Compliance, and other departments."
  • Implement and optimize AI-powered ServiceNow features, including Now Assist and GenAI virtual agents, to streamline workflows and reduce turnaround time."
  • Build and maintain applications in the App Engine, adhering to ServiceNow development best practices."
  • Manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs."
  • Administer platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, cloning, patching, and data migrations."
  • Support Change Requests such as custom form development, workflow automation, and system enhancements." "
