Senior Infrastructure Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the rehabilitation of our sewer pipeline system using Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) and other trenchless technology methods.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sewer rehabilitation works using CIPP or UV lining methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and monitor progress of sewer pipeline rehabilitation projects.
  2. Liaise with team members, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to coordinate site activities.
  3. Attend project meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  4. Prepare and maintain accurate project reports, submissions, and documentation.
  5. Support the implementation and compliance of workplace safety and health management systems and other ISO standards.
  6. Ensure that project activities align with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree related to built environment from a reputable university.
  • Familiarity with PUB requirements, site coordination, and trenchless technology methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and drafting software such as AutoCAD and MicroStation.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation.
  • Knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessment, and ISO systems implementation will be an advantage.
