**Job Opportunity:** Digital Transformation Leader

This role offers a chance to lead strategic consulting and implementation initiatives across real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation programs for clients in real estate, construction, and infrastructure.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to develop strategic roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
  • Design and drive business transformation strategies leveraging BIM, VDC, CDE, AI/ML, and related technologies.
  • Provide in-depth technology expertise on digital platforms and tools across construction and infrastructure.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of domain experts, AI/ML engineers, and senior consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery and innovation.
  • Oversee program management and execution of large-scale digital initiatives.
  • Initiate and drive new client initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, thought leadership events, and customer workshops.
  • Ensure projects align with Singapore's digital construction ecosystem (e.g., BCA CoreNETX, IDD frameworks, ISO standards).

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction/infrastructure technology (BIM, VDC, CDE, AI/ML).
  • Strong in-depth understanding and hands-on expertise across digital platforms and emerging technologies.
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including domain experts, AI/ML engineers, and senior consultants.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for decision-making.
  • Proven ability in program management and delivery of large, complex projects.
  • Experience consulting for real estate developers, contractors, and infrastructure operators.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and CXO-level client engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market is essential.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
