Job Opportunity: Director of IT Service Delivery Transformation

As a seasoned IT executive, you will drive transformative change in IT service delivery by centralizing operations and promoting exceptional service quality.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to consolidate IT service delivery processes, streamlining efficiency and productivity across the organization.
  • Implement proactive monitoring to ensure issues are resolved before impacting business operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing service availability.
  • Standardize infrastructure management across networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring consistency and reducing technical debt.
  • Establish robust governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics for service operations, providing transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders, vendors, and teams to drive transformation and secure stakeholder buy-in, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with senior leadership transformation expertise, including a proven track record of driving strategic change initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, and service governance frameworks, enabling effective management and optimization of IT services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to influence stakeholders, build strong relationships, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • ITIL certification required; Lean Six Sigma and COBIT certification advantageous, demonstrating commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
