Cloud Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to lead our cloud and platform transformation initiatives. We are seeking a visionary leader to head our cloud and platform engineering team, setting technical strategy and vision aligned with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Cloud and Platform Engineering team, driving innovation and adoption of cloud-native development, infrastructure-as-code practices, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud platforms using Terraform and modern infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • Develop and drive the CI/CD strategy, ensuring fast, safe, and frequent deployment pipelines across environments.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to support cloud-native application delivery.
  • Advocate for automation, observability, and platform reliability across infrastructure.
  • Oversight of cloud cost optimization and governance in multi-cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Guidance on technical architecture and platform standardization to enable agile development practices.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices in cloud, DevOps, and infrastructure engineering.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Proven background in software development using languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
  • Expert knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, CircleCI) and pipeline automation.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps, monitoring, logging, and incident response best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
