Job Title: Programme Manager

As a key member of the Academic department, you will be responsible for assisting the Principal in managing daily operations.

This role involves responding to academic inquiries via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

You will work closely with other agencies, organizations, and groups on academic matters, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

Your tasks will also include planning and executing academic activities, such as events and workshops, to promote student engagement and learning.

In addition, you will administer, compile, and tabulate all academic surveys, providing valuable insights for departmental development.

You will be responsible for managing the filing, storage, and security of academic documents, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

This role requires assisting with the planning and administration of examinations, ensuring their smooth execution and accuracy.

You will organize principal dialogue sessions and lecturers' sharing sessions, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Furthermore, you will check, compile, and monitor students' attendance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

You will anticipate needed academic supplies and student toolkits, ensuring the department's readiness for upcoming activities.

This role also involves assisting in following up on student academic matters, providing support and guidance when needed.

You will perform ad-hoc academic operations as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  • The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with relevant work experience in a similar role.
