We are seeking a skilled programmer to support our Remittance and Payment Products across the globe.
The ideal candidate will work with our team to develop and deliver strategic projects or tactical changes related to these products, ensuring seamless system upgrades for business and operation centers.
Key Requirements:- 1-5 years of software development experience in the financial industry, direct experience with Remittance/SWIFT Payment preferred.
- Strong understanding of Remittance, SWIFT/RTGS Payment products, with past working experience with Remittance/SWIFT/GIRO systems considered an asset.
- Proven software development and support experience for mission-critical systems in the financial industry.
- Regional system implementation or deployment experience is a plus.
- Excellent change management control, documentation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Ability to deliver enhancements with robust design that does not impact system performance.
- Experience with AS400 & COBOL (RPG, CL) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Aldon Change Tool is essential.
- Knowledge of scheduling tools and file transfer protocol such as MQ and Connect Direct.
This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be self-initiated and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
