**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle the end-to-end processing of inward and outward RMB payment transactions.
- Investigate payment issues and follow up on enquiries related to remittance instructions and fund non-receipts.
- Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect service charges from clients in accordance with transaction terms.
- Review and process account opening documentation for participating banks.
- Prepare month-end reports and provide data for internal and external reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business departments to streamline internal systems and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Department Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Banking, Finance, or Accounting.
- Prior experience in remittance operations or settlement-related functions is an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and data analysis skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to upholding operational and regulatory compliance.
