- To execute and process the following key operational areas in Remittance/Comcentre

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process inward and outward remittances in a timely manner with all commission and charges are properly accounted for - Process payment instructions received from other Business Units within the Bank - Follow up on all correspondent bank related queries and charges related to payments - Resolve any discrepancies on returned transactions - To check and resolve any post settlement queries and unreconciled items in Nostro break - Participate in UAT testing when required and process review - Perform payment due diligence checks on all incoming and outgoing remittance instructions to ensure they are in line with the general banking procedures, including Compliance and AML guidelines - In case of detections/hits against sanctions/OFAC, unclear economic purpose of payments etc, escalate to the relevant department for their consideration
