About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Affairs Manager to join our Customer Services & Operations Division at Singapore Airlines. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and building relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback and concerns, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and restore customer confidence.
  • Collaborate with various business units to identify and address customer servicing gaps, driving continuous improvement in our customer service standards.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Hold a good university degree.
  • Possess emotional maturity, a passion for customer service, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Have a flair for writing and enjoy crafting compelling content.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or the airline industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Note: This is a 4-year contract position.
