Job Description:
As an export customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will involve liaising with customers, resolving queries, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely flight details to customers upon receiving bookings.
- Verify the accuracy of export documents and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Process export work orders efficiently and effectively.
- Respond promptly to customer calls and emails.
- Monitor onboard status and inform customers of any irregularities.
- Communicate effectively with various departments, including Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams.
- Ensure that airfreight rates apply correctly and update records accordingly.
- Stay informed about new changes or requirements from airlines or governmental authorities.
- Submit monthly customer reports on time.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a 'O' Level or 'N' Level qualification.
- 2-3 years' experience in the same industry/field is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese to serve Japanese-speaking clients.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture is an asset.
- Patient, flexible, and hospitable individuals who can commit 5.5 working days (including alternate Saturdays).
