Export Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and friendly customer support representative to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Process export documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 'O' Level or 'N' Level education.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of computers and software (e.g. Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with the relevant business culture is an asset.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays.
