Job Title: Export Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Export Support Specialist to join our team. As an Export Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of export operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure timely provision of flight details to customers within the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
  2. Maintain Export Compliance: Verify export documents for compliance with regulatory requirements when processing export work orders.
  3. Process Export Permits: Apply the correct export permits and other customs procedures in a timely manner.
  4. Answer Calls Promptly: Respond promptly to customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently.
  5. Monitor Onboard Status: Continuously monitor onboard status and notify customers of any irregularities.
  6. Foster Interdepartmental Communication: Facilitate effective communication among related departments, including Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams.
  7. Verify Airfreight Rates: Ensure accurate application of airfreight rates and maintain up-to-date knowledge of rate updates.
  8. Stay Informed on Changes: Remain aware of new changes or requirements from airlines or government agencies.
  9. Submit Monthly Reports: Ensure timely submission of monthly customer reports.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the same industry is an advantage.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Japanese language proficiency.
