About the Role

This is a Hybrid Working opportunity that enables flexibility and connection to our culture. You will play a vital role in connecting business teams with IT Solutions by providing Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support.

  • You will work with vendors and/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during migrations and other events.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the applications you manage, including system architecture, data structures, scheduled jobs, reports, and interfaces to other applications.
  • Document IT & Business user procedures and requirements around 'IT Change Management'. Support user training.
  • Assist data integration between different financial systems and ensuring accurate data exchange to support business processes.
  • Support Project Managers in plans related to 'Public Markets & Business Core Operations Solutions'.
  • Participate in new platform releases, as well as testing activities to confirm system changes, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring they meet quality standards before deployment.
  • Interact with vendors of financial systems about technical issues and the coordination of enhancements.
  • Examinations and Audits - Respond to requirement from regulators and auditors to provide support for information requests.
  • Support the business in 'Business Continuity' and 'Disaster Recovery' initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of a college degree in Business or IT related field of study.
  • 3+ years in a team responsible for providing analytical support and administration of business applications.
  • Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies including ITIL standards.
  • Experience in creating test scripts, as well as implementing and executing test scripts.
  • Experience in technical writing/documentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of applications, systems, and application architecture.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 based on location and experience.
