Business Operations Assistant

As a Business Operations Assistant at the Human Capital Leadership Institute PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Alumni Relations team with data entry and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have basic Excel skills and be meticulous, detail-oriented, proactive, and analytical in their approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in cleaning and managing data processes to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information across various systems.
• Analyze sales plans and lead generation strategies to inform business decisions.
• Clean and maintain the database of alumni, staff, and contact information for seamless searching and viewing through Zoho platform.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the team or management as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
About the Role
