We are seeking a strategic people manager to play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of workforce planning, succession planning, and talent initiatives that drive organisational performance.
  • Design and deliver annual performance review processes, compensation and benefits reviews.
  • Support organisational development initiatives, change management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver best-in-class HR solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Bring 7–10 years of HR experience, including 5–7 years in business partnering at managerial level.
  • Possess strong HR knowledge and a proven track record of success in complex environments.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project skills.
  • Be resilient, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
