Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our human resources team in Singapore, as part of our global people operations.
- Responsibilities:
- • Manage all HR-related aspects of employees in the APAC region, including recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
- • Handle employment life-cycle operational tasks, including payroll, compensation & benefits related issues, employee relations, and performance management.
- • Provide support and guidance for leaders in talent management and development initiatives.
- • Collaborate with the people's team to align on global policies and support strategic initiatives.
- • Facilitate the implementation of cross-organization plans and support visa and relocation processes.
- • Partner with the talent acquisition team for APAC recruitment and offer negotiation.
- • Promote welfare and wellbeing activities and company culture initiatives.
- • Manage communication between the APAC teams and the company's headquarters.
- Strong HR expertise with experience in managing global teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
