Job Title: People Management Specialist
Role Overview:
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

- Skills: Proven track record of success in HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
