Employee Services Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant Executive to join our team at Lakeside Family Services. In this role, you will contribute to the overall success of our organization by delivering exceptional HR services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and team.
- Accurately compute and process payroll.
- Assist with income tax submissions.
- Address applicants' and employees' inquiries.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, selection, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Support manpower planning, budgeting, and training program development.
- Administer Learning and Development initiatives and coordinate related training programs.
- Apply for government training grants.
- Organize company events, employee engagement initiatives, and staff bonding activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or an internship in a similar role preferred.
- Good understanding of local employment laws and HR regulations.
