**Job Title:** Digital Partnerships Development Manager

The role of a Digital Partnerships Development Manager involves driving the growth and strategic relevance of a digital ecosystem. This includes collaborating with digital platforms, public and private organisations, IHLs, and content creators to develop high-impact partnerships.

This is a cross-functional role that requires forging strategic partnerships, business development, and digital content distribution. The ideal candidate will thrive on identifying opportunities, building mutually beneficial relationships, and delivering successful outcomes aligned with both organisational priorities and public service missions.

About the Role:

  • Develop and iterate the digital partnership strategy in line with evolving business goals and platform priorities.
  • Conduct ecosystem mapping and market scans to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
  • Design personalised partnership models that drive impact, especially among jobseekers, mid-career professionals, and growth sectors.
  • Lead end-to-end partner engagement, from pipeline development and value proposition pitching to contract negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Drive user acquisition through partner-driven initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to amplify reach and relevance of key career messages through partner channels.
