Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee regional partnerships and drive sales performance in our programmatic advertising business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital or advertising, a deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of regional partnerships with brands and/or vendor partners on key campaign activities, including campaign packaging, asset readiness, timely campaign launches, delivery & optimization, and client reporting.
  • Accountable for timely sales reporting and forecasting, tracking sales performance, providing accurate revenue forecasts, and reporting on key metrics to senior management.
  • Lead external vendor relationships in the region, ensuring support, load balancing, and alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor overall delivery performance, including risk reporting, spend monitoring, and providing optimization suggestions to mitigate risks and improve outcomes for advertisers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign troubleshooting, escalating issues to relevant stakeholders if product or engineering investigation is needed.
  • Maintenance of documentation for all pre- to post-sale processes related to campaign management.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: 2+ years in digital or advertising industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Advanced understanding of advertising and AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to build trust and influence decision-makers.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Skills & Qualifications:

Analytical mindset, proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint), fluency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous.
