We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our global digital marketing services firm, providing strategic guidance and implementing innovative solutions that deliver maximum impact. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to navigate complex environments, and a keen understanding of organizational models and their impact on technology investments.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurially-minded individual with exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A strong track record of successfully leading and executing digital initiatives is essential, as well as experience in building a pipeline of new business and supporting the sales cycle.

You possess a deep understanding of digital media and marketing, with a proven ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise includes recognizing where change is needed, communicating hard truths, and navigating internal politics. You are adept at framing approaches that drive measurable change and have a demonstrated capacity to influence and inspire team members and clients.

Measures of Success

Generate and oversee the delivery of a minimum cumulative $5m in profitable annual revenue across a minimum of 3 accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert digital marketing consulting services designed to deliver maximum impact
  • Partner with clients to understand needs and uncover true scope of work
  • Design and lead integrated programs that solve right problems with right approach
  • Execute program deliverables, make robustly justified recommendations, and present to clients
  • Foster alignment on mission amongst all client stakeholders
  • Identify and effectively mitigate program risks
  • Continuously educate clients on what we do, how we work, and why it works
  • Anticipate questions and objections and get ahead of them
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation/transformation
  • Mentor and supervise a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technology and digital marketing

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology, data, digital media/marketing, with 3-5 years consulting and delivering strategy
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing digital initiatives for diverse clients
  • Experience building a pipeline of new business and supporting the sales cycle by project scoping and developing proposals
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to interpret and present data to inform strategic decisions
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with demonstrated capacity to influence and inspire team members and clients
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
