International Sales Director for Cybersecurity Solutions

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of International Sales to join our dynamic team. This key role will play a pivotal part in driving our international sales efforts and contributing to our continued growth and success.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of building high-performing sales teams and territories, with a focus on international markets outside of North America. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive their team towards achieving exceptional results.
We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 - $300,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for sales and cybersecurity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in designated territories.
- Lead and expand a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers, to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs.
- Over 5 years of experience as a VP of Sales, leading VP/Directors of sales and with proven multi-level sales management experience, with a focus on international markets outside of North America.
- A strong track record of building sales teams/territories to exceed sales targets in a technology or cybersecurity environment with at least double-digit growth per year.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving exceptional results. Proven track record in recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly as it relates to critical infrastructure and how OPSWAT can win.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures and business practices.
- Experience running overall business function for region, with responsibility for full Profit/Loss or Magic Number, not just revenue focused.
