International Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our team as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Sales. This role will play a critical part in driving the growth and success of our international sales efforts.
The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore or the UK and will have over 5 years of experience as a VP of Sales, leading sales teams to exceed targets in a technology or cybersecurity environment. They will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly as it relates to critical infrastructure and how OPSWAT can win.
The SVP of International Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive international sales strategy, leading and expanding a high-performing international sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in designated territories.
- Lead and expand a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers, to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs.
- Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing strategies.
