About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Training and Development Coordinator to join our team as an Education Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, developing learning materials, and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs to meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking and equipment setup.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring engaging and interactive content.
  • Develop and maintain learning materials, including presentations and handouts.
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of GCE O levels and above.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
  • Experience in training coordination and development.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
