The Hustle is a leading digital media company that connects entrepreneurs and innovators. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team in Japan. This role will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients on the Hub Spot tools.

Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with a large and diverse group of Hub Spot customers in Japan to ensure their success on the Hub Spot tools. You will become an expert in inbound sales and marketing, serving as a highly knowledgeable point of contact for Hub Spot's suite of products and the inbound marketing methodology. Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class service experience to Hub Spot customers through timely and succinct communication via phone and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for customer success and experience. You should be able to solve problems with curiosity, creativity, and a logical mindset. Embracing challenges and change, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to handle tough conversations with customers and help them overcome challenges. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and contribute to a positive team environment by investing in relationships with customers and colleagues.
