As our new IT Solution Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet business demands. You will lead and manage a team of skilled professionals to ensure successful project execution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver innovative cost-effective application solutions to meet business requirements.
- Assess, source, and deliver right IT/digital solutions or integrate leading technologies into IT/digital solutions to enable and deliver business value.
- Lead and perform secondary support of running digital platforms.
- Lead and perform regular and AdHoc BI related operations and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact between different IT teams and internal customers while translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Proven with more than 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Solution Manager, preferably in a large organization.
- Desired project management certifications (PMP, scrum master, Prince2 or equivalent).
