Youth Mental Wellness Specialist

This role is a pivotal part of providing comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions to children and adolescents within educational settings.
- This position entails enhancing the mental well-being of students, formulating and implementing care management plans in collaboration with community partners and Allied Educators.
The following key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a robust mental health network for children and adolescents in the community.
- Conducting cognitive and academic assessments to inform intervention strategies.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support services.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Educational Psychology from a reputable institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with preference given to those proficient in a second language.
- Well-developed clinical assessment and formulation skills.
- Experience in conducting cognitive and academic assessments (desired).
- Eligibility for registration, licensure, or certification with a recognized psychological professional body.
