This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people and their families by supporting their mental health and digital wellness. As a Mental Health and Digital Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering programs that promote emotional resilience, healthy digital habits, and online safety.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement evidence-based programs that address the complex issues faced by young people in today's digital landscape. Your expertise will help us create engaging and effective learning experiences that empower young people to navigate online risks and maintain good mental health.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counselling, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years' experience in youth work, mental health education, teaching, counselling, or program operations.

  • Strong understanding of how digital life impacts mental health, emotions, and behavior.

  • Proven ability to engage with youths, families, parents, and caregivers.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

  • Ability to design and deliver interactive and learner-focused experiences.

  • Experience with program evaluation and outcome tracking.

  • Skills in developing engaging workshops, presentations, and learning resources.
