Academic Programmes Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Programmes Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the operations of new and existing degree programmes, as well as providing administrative support to the programme team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational plans for new and existing degree programmes.
- Coordinate with programme leaders and staff to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Manage programme budgets, including procurement and financial planning.
- Provide administrative support to programme leaders and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with external partners, including universities and polytechnics, to develop and maintain programme partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of programme policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the programme team.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution of higher learning.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
