Operations Administration Programme Management Executive Senior Executive

Join SCCCI as an Operations Administration Programme Management Executive Senior Executive and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of the Academic Operations Department, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of programme administration, including grant management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:- Manage grant submissions, monitor and report grant utilization and disbursement status, and oversee ad-hoc grant audits and queries.
- Oversee all grant matters and policies pertaining to specific programme types, including evaluating funding applications, managing grant appeals, and budgeting and disbursement for programme types.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to best support the day-to-day functions of the Academic Operations Department.
- Leverage technology to develop, manage, and review processes and control points to ensure effective and efficient administration of grant and operational matters.
- Conduct data analysis to draw insights on the financial position of SCCCI, as well as the grant allocated, utilization, and disbursement status for each programme type.
- Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Business and other quantitative fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Meticulous and numerically inclined.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment as well as function as a team player.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
