About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Development Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales team in Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to drive revenue growth and execute against our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, and develop top talent to join our sales team
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to ADRs to help them reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to identify new opportunities and drive revenue into our pipeline
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for lead management and follow-up
  • Track and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving execution
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, and promoting top performers
  • Complex enterprise software experience, with a strong understanding of technical and multi-level decision-making
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of overachievement and a strong desire to drive revenue growth
