System Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organization as a System Analyst. This individual will work closely with business users to improve business processes and align them with project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and business requirements.
  • Business-IT Alignment: Bridge the gaps between business and IT by articulating business requirements to technical teams and vice versa.
  • Workshops and Collaboration: Facilitate workshops with users and vendors for requirement gathering, gap analysis, test planning, and deployment planning.
  • IT Solution Management: Work closely with vendor and solution managers to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
  • Functional Testing: Manage and perform functional testing of systems before release to business users.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a System or Business analyst in insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of database structures, data mining, and mapping, transformation.
  • Project Implementation: Proven track record of successful project implementation.
