Technical Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. This includes diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, as well as providing training and documentation to ensure seamless system operation.

  • Provide pre-sales support and consultation to customers
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
  • Provide technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Create technical documentation and manuals
  • Support on new product certifications and renewals
  • Provide support on company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma In Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years experience
  • Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues
