Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and maintain all areas of the hotel and long stay unit facilities to ensure proper function of Hotel facilities, machinery and equipment.
  • Promptly attend to all maintenance requests and resolve defects.
  • Maintain proper documentation and tracking of reported defects and job completion.
  • Attend to guests' requests on maintenance matters.
  • Maintain the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintains maintenance inventory.
  • Follow specific procedures in operation drills.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Protect privacy of guests and colleagues.
  • Comply with quality assurance standards.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in electrical, mechanical or other related major discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in engineering facilities maintenance.
  • Technical training in electrical/plumbing.
