Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to take on the role of Estate Strategy Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, as well as strong analytical and research abilities.

Key responsibilities include expanding business contacts, performing financial needs analysis, and implementing strategies to identify and acquire clients across various wealth spectrums.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing clients, organize events for estate planning, and keep abreast of current events and news.

A comprehensive remuneration package is offered, including a fixed salary, career development training, and monthly trainings by top fund houses and lawyers.

Requirements include full A Level Cert, Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in any field, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Job Description:

  • Expand business contacts and increase client base
  • Perform financial needs analysis and value add to client's objective primarily in Estate and Legacy planning
  • Implement strategies and sales processes to identify, target and acquire clients across various wealth spectrums
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business
  • Organize and invite clients for Estate Planning events
  • Keep abreast of current events, critical issues, and relevant news

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Research and presentation skills, especially in explaining market events
  • Ability to organise and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes
  • Leadership and analytical skills

Benefits:

  • Fixed salary of up to $5,000 per month for the first 3 months probation period
  • Thereafter, remuneration based on basic + commissions (upwards of $5,000)
