Job Title: Human Resources Lead

We are seeking a seasoned HR Lead to oversee our operations in Singapore. This pivotal role will provide in-country HR partnering support across all entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with local leadership, Country Management Team, Department Heads, and Senior Nursing Leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities.
  • Implement CoE-driven HR initiatives effectively and consistently, ensuring seamless integration into local HR operations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair resolution in accordance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Ensure HR policies and programs comply with local labor laws while aligning with global HR frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance by addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive change and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong influencing skills and results orientation.
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of listening, sharing ideas, and challenging respectfully.
  • Experience with HR software such as Workday and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong business acumen alongside HR expertise.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and privacy.
